    In line with UK government guidance our gym is now temporarily closed

    During this time, we are offering online training for health and fitness, that also includes optional 1-2-1 virtual training sessions

    We can support you to adapt to our current (STAY AT HOME) circumstances and tailor fitness coaching to each of your individual needs

    At this time, it is crucial to work to really boost and support our immune health through diet and lifestyle choices, which at present can be challenging.  Our personal trainers can create bespoke home training and meal plans suited to optimise your health and current activity level, with use of any equipment and space you have available

    Although we have had to change things we can still train and stay healthy
